What Can Scomac Offer?
 We have our own in-house CAD facilities and we work with a wide variety of contemporary CAD programmes. Our drawings can be produced in either colour or black and white. - We run the latest Amtech and Hevacomp design packages as well as Luckins and EBM 2001 estimating software.
- We have installed the full ViXEN Software suite, providing us with a fully integrated business solution, providing a wide range of benefits in time-saving, reduced internal costs and data analysis. The ViXEN package also allows for web access for client accounts and real-time progress of engineers, who communicate via PDAs with the office.
- We also utilise Vixen Software’s budget estimating package, ViXEN ProjectWinner. Using the knowledge-based system it is possible to generate accurate budget estimates based on minimal design information, while allowing for the entry of any known data. ProjectWinner is at its most effective at the pre-design stage, as it can be used to generate extremely useful summary and elemental reports without requiring details specification information.
- Extensive use is made of the application service BIW Information Channel™. This technology application enables all members of a team to share, exchange and re-use information via the web.
- We use the latest CRM database software from ACT! to provide a quality control tool to monitor key events during the life of a project, as well as providing real time contact and financial information.
- We run and maintain a well-equipped stores operation on our premises.
